Slow Fermentation. Organic Ingredients.

Biga is a pizzeria concept built around the tradition of slow‑fermented dough and organic ingredients. Our studio developed the complete brand identity, creating a visual universe that communicates craft, authenticity and contemporary design. The project included the development of the brand system and a wide range of graphic applications designed to bring consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.

Brand Identity System

The identity was designed to balance artisan tradition with a modern graphic language. Typography, color and layout were crafted to evoke the natural fermentation process and the organic quality of the ingredients while remaining bold and recognizable across all formats.

Retail & Communication Pieces

The project included the design of social media pieces, product labels, pizza boxes, posters and the storefront marquee. Each element was designed to work as part of a cohesive system, reinforcing the personality of Biga both online and in the physical space.
